The bursting of a water main at the Darban Street entrance to Kaufman Street in Eilat, Tuesday evening, has caused the closure of the entrance for the next few hours, although vehicles will be able to leave. Police were sent to direct traffic in light of the developing congestion.
The pipe burst was accompanied by a sinking of the asphalt and the danger of the collapse of the sewer line. There is no water in all the hotels around the Magic Palace.
