Avi Avital was appointed on Sunday as the chairman of the Tel Zion neighborhood in the community of Kochav Yaakov in Binyamin, in place of David Azoulay who tendered his resignation after eight years.
"There are many challenges ahead of us and we will do everything for the residents of Tel Zion. I thank everyone for their confidence and with God's help we shall succeed," said Avital.
