The Jerusalem Magistrates Court fined a cab driver 10,000 shekels, Sunday, for not taking a blind woman and her seeing-eye dog on a rainy day.
The suit was filed on behalf of the woman by the Commission for Equal Rights of People with Disabilities under the Equality Act.
