Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon broke off talks with Agriculture Minister Uri Ariel about grants for strengthening Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, Wednesday evening.
The Treasury is also trying to cut funds from the unique special-security-needs that have been given to those communities to compensate for dangers brought on by the 1993 Oslo Accords that created the Palestinian Authority.
