Police in the Galilee city of Tzfat (Safed) have finished their preparations for the anniversary of the passing of Rabbi Isaac Luria, known as the AR"I, which will start Tuesday evening and last 24 hours. Thousands are expected to arrive at the AR"I's tomb in the city's ancient cemetery and traffic congestion is expected.

Hundreds of officers will be working in order to make sure the public can make it to the site. They suggest people bring plenty of water in light of high temperatures. A special switchboard (110) will be available for the event.
