Security personnel of the town Beit Aryeh, north of Modiin Illit and west of Ariel, caught a Palestinian who jumped the town fence.
The man claimed he entered the town to pick sage growing wild inside the town. The town's security forces propose that he was planning a robbery.
The Palestinian has been handed over to the authorities.
