An 8 year-old boy was moderately injured when he was struck by a car in Beitar Illit, near Modiin, north of Jerusalem. 

MDA emergency personnel treated him on-site at Yismah Street, then transferred him to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem.
