Tel Aviv/Ramat Gan power outage leads to traffic jams

Monday afternoon's power outage in northern Tel Aviv and parts of Ramat Gan has disabled traffic lights, leading to heavy congestion.

Motorists have been asked to stay away from the city and to use the Ayalon Highway (Route 20) if possible.
