President Alex Kogan of the Haifa District Labor Court ordered the Israel Electric Company, electric-company workers and the Histadrut Labor Federation to enter intensive talks on the dispute on early retirement.
The order came during a hearing on management's request to stop the employees from continuing the sanctions they started a few days ago. Judge Kogan ordered the company not to stop the hiring of workers during this period. The union was ordered not to take any organizational steps.
