The official value of the shekel declined an average of .126 percent, Monday, against most of the featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.
The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.806, down .575 percent, while the Euro rose .068 percent to 4.2489 shekels. The pound sterling was set at NIS 5.0173, down .567 percent.
