Brigadier General Ofek Buchris resigned from the Israel Defense Forces, Sunday evening, to pursue his legal defense against serious sexual charges as a civilian.
Buchris says the incidents in question never happened. He issued a statement which concluded, "I hope to come back and contribute to my county after I'm found not guilty."
