The Parole Board of the Prisons Service announced, Sunday, that a decision on the case of former president Moshe Katzav will be given on Thursday afternoon.
Katzav is in prison for convictions of rape and other sexual offenses. The Parole Board held a previously unannounced meeting on the matter on Sunday.
