Judges Yosef Elron, Rivka Fox, and Daniel Fish of the District Court of Haifa, convicted Sunday morning Uri Solimnov of the murder of Boriz Zartzar.
Zartzar, a night watchman in a factory in Cesaria, was shot on May 3, 2010.
He later died of his wounds.
