Yochai Demri, Head of the Har Hevron Municipality, still does not feel safe after the IDF killed the terrorist who murdered his friend, Rabbi Michael Mark:
"We received the news on the capture of the terrorists with mixed feelings. On the one hand, we have tremendous admiration for the IDF for their determination, tenacious work, and their success at reaching the murderers. On the other hand, we are not calmer, and this doesn't prevent our pain from the next murder."
