Five Jewish boys around the age of 13 were arrested, Tuesday evening, when they walked near a store owned-by non-Jews in the Jewish Quarter of Jerusalem's Old City. A water balloon had apparently been thrown nearby minutes before.
The boys were released after questioning on condition that they stay away from the Old City for five days. As a result, they cannot get to the educational institution where they study.
