The official value of the shekel rose an average of .033 percent, Tuesday, against the other featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.
The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.844, down .052 percent, while the Euro rose .054 percent to 4.229 shekels, and the pound sterling was set at 5.0439 shekels, down .123 percent.
