Police are expected to argue in court this afternoon against the release of Rabbi Eliezer Berland to house arrest.
Berland is set to be released from jail to house arrest, for a period of ten days.
Berland fled around the globe from Israeli authorities for four years, after the Israeli police opened an investigation into complaints accusing him of sexual assault.
