The official value of the shekel rose an average of .385 percent, Monday, against the featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.
The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.839, down .492 percent, while the Euro declined .313 percent to 4.2353 shekels. The pound sterling was set at NIS 5.095, up .254 percent.
