Sweden: 50,000 people will seek asylum this year

Sweden's Migration Agency expects up to 50,000 asylum seekers in 2016.

Sweden took in around 160,000 asylum seekers last year but new border controls and stricter requirements to enter the EU have dropped the numbers to some 2,000 a month.
