Police: Three residents of Jerusalem are suspected of having scammed people into buying apartments.
Armed with false documentation, the men fraudulently brokered local apartments which they didn't own.
The three have been arrested.
Police say that some of their stolen gains have been recovered, to the tune of 1.5 million shekels ($390,249).
