Indian media outlets report that an Israeli woman, 25, claims she was raped near Manali, in northern India.
According to the reports, the woman was waiting for a taxi, when a car with 6 men offered her a ride. When she got in the car, two of the men raped her, and then threw her from the vehicle.
The Foreign Ministry reports that after checking with the consul, the story remains unconfirmed. The ministry will be contacting the Indian police.
