In a first, ISIS has claimed responsibility for a suicide bombing on a peaceful protest in Kabul on Saturday, which killed at least 80 people and wounded more than 260.
UN Special Representative to Afghanistan Tadamichi Yamamoto: "An attack deliberately targeting a large, concentrated group of civilians amounts to a war crime ... It is an attempt to spread terror amongst civilians and stifle the freedoms that Afghans have sacrificed so much to obtain."
