The Tel Aviv District Court has sentenced Fuad Abu Mana to life in prison and ordered him to pay 175,000 shekels compensation for his conviction in March for murdering President Gabi Cadis of the Jaffa Orthodox Church Association during an Orthodox Christmas procession in Jaffa in 2012, according to Channel 10 Television.

Mana took turns wearing a Santa Claus costume with Tawfik Dalou as they stalked Cadis over a real-estate squabble. Dalou was sentenced to eight-and-a-half years and ordered to pay 50,000 shekels in compensation on a conviction for conspiracy and being an accomplice.
