Drowned man in Tel Aviv in serious condition

MDA emergency personnel managed to raise a pulse in the man in his 40s who drowned at the Hilton Beach in Tel Aviv this morning.

He remains in serious condition. He has been transferred to Ichilov Hospital for further treatment.
