The Knesset is expected to vote, Tuesday, on a bill that would pave the way to ousting hostile Arab Member of Knesset Hanin Zoabi (Joint Arab List). On Monday evening, party chairman Ayman Odeh claimed the measure was a phase of a plan by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, explaining, "Netanyahu doesn't want the Arabs to vote. He doesn't want us to be a legitimate political power. Netanyahu wants politics for Jews only. Therefore he systematically incites against the Arab public and its elected representatives."

Odeh continued, "Our response to the expected passage of the Impeachment Act will be to continue to strengthen our political work so that we will only grow and get stronger in the next elections."
