A 27 year-old attacker killed three policemen and one civilian in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in what is suspected to be an Islam-motivated terror attack.
The attacker has been arrested. His accomplice is still at large.
Khazakstani President Nursultan Nazarbayev has called an emergency security council meeting.
