Caretakers at daycare centers under the supervision of the Economics Ministry have scheduled a one-day warning strike on Monday, according to Kol Yisrael government radio.
About 3,700 workers are protesting what they call offensive working conditions. They say they have no pensions, payslips or rights to sick days or time off in case of mourning. Hundreds plan to demonstrate near the Prime Minister's Residence in Jerusalem.
