After a stormy debate in the Labour and Social Affairs Committee regarding the lay-offs of the "Amelia Cosmetics" factory in Yeruham, the CEO of the factory, Shaul Shelah, has agreed to freeze the lay-off proceedings for a month.
Throughout the month, both sides will meet, along with Finance Ministry Attorney Avigdor Yitzchaki, and Histadrut Chairman Avi Nissenkorn, to resolve the crisis.
