The Tel Aviv District Court convicted, Thursday, 36-year-old Raed Khalil of the Hevron-area village of Dura, in connection with the stabbing murder of two Jews, last November, at the Panorama Building in Tel Aviv. Khalil confessed to two counts of murder and three counts of attempted murder.
