The Interior and Environmental Protection Committee, chaired by MK Dudi Amsalem, passed the "Mikvah Law" for its second and third reading in the Knesset today.
The law, sponsored by MK Gafni and other UTJ MKs, supports the current arrangement wherein public mikvaot (ritual purity pools) are supervised by employees of the Rabbinate.
