Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy announced, Tuesday, that the United States House of Representatives will not vote before it leaves on its summer break on a bill to restrict the sale of guns to people on the government's list of suspected terrorists. Reuters reports there is deep division on the subject among Republican lawmakers.
The vote won't take place before September 6th, when Congress returns from the recess.
