The Labour, Welfare, and Health Committee has passed a bill for its second and third reading, which will require the IDF to give health clinics the medical files of people who became handicapped while in IDF.
As of now, soldiers in the IDF exclusively receive military health care, in a system entirely seperate from the health clinic they'll use for the rest of their lives.
The move will help wounded soldiers gain contiguous treatment after finishing their service.
