Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked (Bayit Hayehudi) and Internal Security Minister Gilad Erdan (Likud) submitted a proposal today for the "Facebook Law"
According to the bill proposal, the law would allow the state to ask for a court order to take down content from social media sites, such as Facebook or Google, if the content constitutes a criminal offense and it represents a real danger to individual safety, public safety, or state security.
