Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu made it clear during his meetings with Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry on Sunday, that he is interested in meeting Chairman Mahmoud Abbas of the Palestinian Authority without preconditions.

A meeting between the two leaders is the first phase of an Egyptian plan to restart stalled diplomatic talks between the two sides.
