The Jerusalem District Court is scheduled to hear sentencing arguments, Monday, in the case of a 14-year-old who was convicted on charges of attempted murder and possession of a knife in a stabbing attack, last October, in the northern-Jerusalem neighborhood of Pisgat Ze'ev. He was 13 at the time of the attack.
The court did not accept the defense claim that the boy did not carry out the actual attack and only took part in the attack "to scare Jews".
