Israel's official commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the rescue of hijacked Israeli and other Jewish airline passengers at Entebbe, Uganda took place, Sunday evening at the Jerusalem Theater. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said the long arm of Israel will continue to reach where it has to reach. He said not everything is publicized but there are constant daring operations, thousands of kilometers from home.
President Reuven Rivlin echoed Netanyahu's comments. He called the operation one of the most complex and impressive ever carried out by Israel. Rivlin said it gives superior moral force to Israel's struggle against terrorism.
