As the NATO Warsaw conference looms, Carter Page, foreign-policy adviser to U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump, avoided all questions about how the United States should shape its policy toward Russia on a visit to Moscow on Thursday.

Page, who gave a lecture to students and business figures organized by Moscow's New Economic School, refused to comment on the U.S. election campaign.

Page also wouldn't say if he planned to meet anyone from the Kremlin, the Russian government or Foreign Ministry during his visit.
