A 25-year-old resident of Hadera died on Wednesday evening after drowning at the Hadera Beach. He has been identified as Israel Vaknin.
A second man who drowned as well was recovered from the water and is in light to moderate condition. He was taken for treatment at the Hillel Yaffe Hospital.
