Civil Admin. realizes dream of sick Arab

A critically ill resident of Judea and Samaria was able to realize his dream of praying at Al-Aqsa Mosque on Ramadan thanks to the Civil Administration, which coordinated the paperwork and medical crew needed to bring him to Jerusalem.
