The Petach-Tikva Magistrates Court is expected to announce a ruling, Tuesday, on the release conditions for a minor from the Samarian Jewish community of Yitzhar who was removed from his home by administrative order.

In one incident, officers rousted the minor's grandparents around 4:00 am. It was hard for his grandmother to go back to sleep and function the next day.
