Member of Knesset Yo'av Kisch (Likud) voiced his opposition, Monday, to the the two alternatives that have been offered to Israelis to solve the Arab-Israeli conflict. Speaking at a conference organized by the Yesha Council of Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, he said the two-state solution results in the returning of land and the uprooting of civilians. The one-state solution would mean the de-facto end of the Zionist dream because it would be full of Arab voters.
Among his principles was one state between the River Jordan and Mediterranean with no rights for the Arabs of Judea and Samaria to elect Knesset members, although they would have autonomy. Kisch said Israel must work for a better life for the Arabs. He said his plans were not final but part of a process. Jordan would be involved in any future solution.
