The nominal effective rate of the shekel fell .332 percent, Monday, against the value of featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.
The United States dollar rose .312 percent to NIS 3.856, while the Euro gained .48 percent to 4.2908 shekels.
