President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda has called for a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. In a speech welcoming Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to the old Entebbe airport, he denounced terrorism and said Israel's rescue of hijacked Israelis and other Jews at the site in 1976 was proper.
Saluting Israel's technical advances and more than a million Israelis who are acting as advisors in Africa, President Museveni called for investment in the continent and for tourists to come and visit.
