Set to sign a deal that would provide American aid to Israel for the next 10 years, the White House announced last week that it was prepared to greatly increase the funds to Israel - provided certain conditions were met. These conditions, although not set in stone, would include a large percentage of the aid package being spent on weaponry manufactured by American companies.
