Baruch Marzel: Failed security policy

Right-wing activist Baruch Marzel, a resident of Hebron, responded to this morning's terror attack in Kiryat Arba, saying that the security policy has failed. "If I were in charge of Kiryat Arba today I would remove all the security fences and all the security cameras."
