After $7 million, 81 interviews, and 75,000 paged of documents reviews, the Benghazi panel has published an 800 page report that clears Hillary Clinton of any wrongdoing in the Benghazi fiasco. The report indicates, however, that the government was completely unprepared for the situation, and worried about Libya's reaction if it sent in military backup.
One commander testified that “during the course of three hours, he and his Marines changed in and out of their uniforms four times.”
