Health Minister Litzman doesn't think much of the massive cannabis reforms. As of Monday, restrictions against growing, producing, stocking, and prescribing medical cannabis were greatly relaxed.
Litzman: "Netanyahu needs to choose between the reforms outside of Israel and the chareidim here."
