Opposition leader Yitzhak Herzog paid a visit on Thursday to Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv, where some of Wednesday’s terror victims are still being treated.
“We are learning that bombastic promises are not being fulfilled, and that the leadership must not make empty promises to the citizens. I do not want to think what Liberman and Netanyahu would say if they led the Opposition.”
Herzog added that “I do not believe in bombastic statements and sophisticated words, only in action. There are moves that we can take… that can rescue Israel from this horrible cycle of bloodshed.”
