UN chief 'shocked' that Hamas praised Tel Aviv attack

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Wednesday night condemned the terrorist attack in Tel Aviv in which four Israelis were murdered.

Ban also criticized Hamas for praising the attack.
