Charges were filed against Tzachi Avraham, a former Jerusalem high school trip coordinator, and Guy Reback, a former lifeguard in Tiberias, for causing death by negligence.
The two were indicted in the case of student Netanel Irani, who drowned during a high school trip in 2009.
